The Big Sell Off

The City Council has now provided details of 31 of the 40 assets it is considering for sale to raise £25million to pay towards its possible £59 million loan to build a new Civic Centre, closure of some of these properties will also allow around 1100 employees to relocate to the new Civic Centre.
