But I’m sure Councillor Denver Tolley will refuse to accept award untill Stoke on Trent Re-Gains it’s Vice-Chair. As on June 30, the Staffordshire authority elected two Conservative Staffordshire county councillors as its chairman and vice-chairman, breaking a 12- year tradition of choosing the vice-chairman from among its six Stoke-on-Trent City Council members,and on 23rd Juyl 2009 Stoke-on-Trent  Local Paper Reported

Denver Tolley, a Labour Stoke-on-Trent City councillor, said: “This debate needs to be had. What will the knock-on effect be on the rest of the county? I can imagine the fire service staff want to know what’s going on.”

So can Stoke Labour now FULLY explain ANY relationship with Staffordshire FA, and if Stoke-on-Trent has still to RE-GAIN their Vice-Chair?
